Conergy and Andreas von Zitzewitz End Working Relationship

The Supervisory Board of Conergy AG has agreed with the Management Board member Dr. Andreas von Zitzewitz to end his employment at the company with immediate effect. The company and Dr. von Zitzewitz are parting by mutual consent.

Dr. von Zitzewitz joined Conergy at the start of 2008 as Managing Director of Conergy SolarModule GmbH & Co. KG in Frankfurt (Oder). He was appointed to the Management Board of Conergy AG from 1 January 2009.

The Supervisory Board regrets the departure of Mr. von Zitzewitz and thanks him for his successful work and his contribution to the restructuring and reorientation of the Conergy Group during his time at the company.
