Mr. Xie Haiping, the General Manager of He Nan OMA PV-Solar Co., Ltd (one of monocrystalline silicon wafer producing enterprises in He Nan) has resigned from the board. A few days ago, Mr. Xie Haiping established a new company named "Shanghai SE Solar Co. Ltd” with the biggest listed Supply Chain Business in China – Shenzhen Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd.

Mr Xie Haiping and his team member Steven Mao ( Chinese Canadian, former Marketing Vice President of Listed US company named RENESOLA) form the new company with Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd. SE Solar is located in Shanghai and Mr Xie Haiping will be the CEO and director of SE Solar. Relying on Eternal Asia’s strong capital level and advanced information technology, SE Solar will integrate global resources, establish a powerful platform which combined financial, logistics, information flow and capital flow together.

Mission of SE Solar is to support sales of global upstream and downstream chain PV enterprises as well as support global sourcing of top enterprises in PV industry. SE Solar will focus on integration of whole PV upstream and downstream chain and promotion of global photovoltaic solar industry.
