Bifacial Power Generation
Double- glass modules are able to absorb sunlight from two directions due to their double-sided design, thus increasing the efficiency of power generation. Under ideal conditions, double-glazed modules can generate 5% to 22% more power compared to single-glazed modules.
Reduced Hot Spot
With the use of multi-cut cells, the current is lowered, reducing localized overheating caused by current concentration. The glass backsheet has better heat dissipation performance, effectively reducing hot spots.
30- Year Warranty

Bifacial Power Generation Technology
Bifacial solar panels can absorb sunlight from both sides. In addition to the 22.7% power generation efficiency, under ideal conditions, double-glazed modules offer a power generation gain of up to 22%.
Different installation environments can bring about different power generation gain effects, making it ideal for installations where the back side is exposed and can capture reflected light, including ground-mounted systems, solar carports and canopies.
Reduced hot spot formation
Sungold's double-glass modules have a significantly lower chance of hot spot effects compared to single-glass panels at the same power and voltage. Through the multi-slice process, the current in the cell is halved, reducing heat generation.
Meanwhile, the glass backsheet enhances the heat dissipation performance. This makes the hot spot effect in double glass modules half as likely or less than in single glass panels, ensuring greater safety and stability.
Adapting to Extreme Weather
Sungold bifacial solar panels are designed to withstand snow loads of 5,400Pa on the front side, ensuring that they can still function properly in areas with heavy snow accumulation. Meanwhile, the wind load of 2400Pa on the back side guarantees stability and safety in windy weather.
