TF-M-50w use an organic polymer composite to replace the typical glass front sheet as a laminant. The polymer composite material used is extremely durable, capable of withstanding extreme temperatures and climate conditions.

The TF Series solar panel is only 2mm thick. It uses Sungold’s patented material, which allows the solar panels to bend more while protecting the cells. This solar panel is more flexible and fits many curves, allowing it to conform to a variety of unique shapes.

The TF-M-55w solar flexible panel products come with a 5-year warranty, which is supported by rigorous trampling and hail resistance tests conducted by the company. These tests have verified the product’s protection and stability, providing confidence in its reliability. Additionally, the product features a newly patented material that has proven highly effective in protecting the battery sheet, further ensuring the product’s durability and longevity.

ANTI-TRAMPLING

The TF-M-50w solar flexible panel samples were subjected to rigorous hail test conditions, which included a hail diameter range of 24.20 to 25.62mm, a mass range of 7.226 to 7.731g, a test velocity range of 21.9 to 24.0m/s, and a total of 11 shots. Despite these challenging conditions, the samples exhibited no abnormalities during the test and passed the visual inspection with flying colors.

Furthermore, the samples underwent a wet leakage current test, which exposed them to a maximum system voltage of 1000 V, a test voltage of 1000 V, a solution resistivity of 996 Ω·cm, and a solution temperature of 22.9 °C. The samples successfully passed this test with no abnormalities detected, indicating their exceptional durability and reliability.
